We can add little feet to many of these cabinets so that they can stand on the floor. This is great when you don't have a lot of depth in a space since cabinets meant to hang are generally shallow. (both of these pieces are sold)

Danish c.1880. I wonder where the base went to but this would make a wonderful piece for a narrow area. We would put little bun feet underneath to lift it off the floor. We can also put it on an apothecary or a table or a sideboard or it could be hung on the wall! Very beautifully made, all dovetailed, gorgeous wood, hardware is missing and will be replaced of course, working locks.

In fact we realized that this was the upper part of a desk in its earlier life, therefore the little ink stains on the shelf!

Danish Cabinet c.1880. All original but not restored as yet. Lovely top molding, lots of storage. If you prefer, this piece can sit on the floor and we wil attach small bun feet to the base.

Danish cupboard intended to hang on the wall but of course can have little feet attached if you prefer. Wonderful condition, two plank back, unrestored at this time. c.1890. Original pewter hardware, all original. We can also put in glass if you like. Working lock.

Huge Danish c.1930 deco style shelf in excellent condition although unrestored at this time. IT has its original glass drawers.

This piece was used in a store as a trophy shelf.

Danish hutch top part, who knows what happened to the base. Original glass which is opaque clear colored glass, not amber as shown, just the flash changed teh color. Original shelves lying in interior. c.1880 In very excellent condition. This piece could be hung in your kitchen or we could shorten the legs by 4 inches for a total height of 44" (look at the nearest little photo to the right) and this piece could be used for display.

Danish step back top which has lost its base over time. We can put this back of course or we could remove the bottom 12 1/2" and you would have a lovely hanging cupboard for your kitchen or dining room or even a bathroom. If we removed the base part, the total height would be 30" approximately.

This is an example of how we can take a cupboard meant to hang on the wall and put feet under it. Oftentimes hanging cupboards are quite shallow, so this can be good if you have a tight spot and still need some storage or display.
