 Apothecary converted to a kitchen Island







Plate rack which Borge plans to build into an appropriate stepback cupboard...



I took these photos at a neighbor's house just as an example and some measurements for Borge to use. We are planning to use thinner posts.

This rack has 5/8" posts. Each dowel is 10 1/2" high and there is 1 3/4" between each one for the plate.


Here are some drawers that Borge combined and put on tough kitchen sliders....



He also took one large piece and separated it into two sections to be built into a kitchen island.
